How to book :

Check the following dates and enter in your diary

Call or email Mel Benns to confirm attendance or decline
- Please
confirm your attendance at least one month prior
-
Payment due 14 days prior to the event latest
- Please note – if we do not hear from you, we will assume
you will be attending and payment will be due if you do not attend.

To allow us to offer such fantastic venues and prices, we are
obliged to give minimum numbers and are contracted to meet the
numbers guaranteed, if we do not meet the minimum numbers, WE
ARE CHARGED by the venue. This is standard practice for groups.
- Once
we confirm final numbers with the venue (14 days prior to the
event), we are required to pay for all places. In the case of
cancellations, payment will not be refunded/changes will be made
IF WE ARE UNABLE TO RESELL THE SPACES.
