Review by David
Bowden, February 2005
- Cate Prosecco Di Conegliano
A light and dry sparkling wine, slighty fruit nose, dry and nicely
bitter.
- Moglingeon Brut Chardonnay
Pure French Chardonnay grape sparkling.
- Brut Selection Champagne
Pannier
40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier including 2.5%
reserve wines, brilliant, golden yellow, lots olf fruit with honmey
and vanilla, with floral overtones.

- Brut Vintage 1998
Brilliant straw gold colour. Bouquet is elegant with delicate
hints of white flowers. Will enhance the taste of lobster and
sea bass (available over the road).
- Cuvee Louis Eugene Bland
De Noirs Brut Vintage 1998
Powerful and generous, 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier from
the 1998 harvest. Dense bouquet with the aroma of fresh baked
bread with hints of apricot and almonds.
- Brut Rose
30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier including 1.5%
red wine and 2.5% reserve wine. Minimum age 3 years, brilliant
salmon colour with a strong expression of ripened red fruits.
- Surprise! Surprise!
And it was ...a Louis Roderoer....very moorish!
